1) Do we require an RMA #?

Simply complete the On-Line Service Request form and include it with your shipment. This will ensure the quickest service possible. An RMA number is not required.

5) What is the repair or calibration price for my unit?

Our On-Line Service Request will provide you with a quote.

6) What's your turnaround time?

This depends on the type of equipment you are sending for service. In general the turnaround time is 1 - 2 weeks.

7) What's the status of my unit?

If the above time frame has been exceeded, please feel free to contact our Service Department for the status.

8) Where is the nearest distributor?

Please look up where to buy on our website.

9) Is the unit under warranty?

Warranty depends on the model number and the date it was purchased. Please see our Warranty section for further details.

10) Are the shipping charges included?

After the repair or calibration is complete we will return your instrument (Purolator ground) free of charge.

11) Can I drop-off my unit?

Yes. You may drop-off your unit at any of our Fluke locations in Mississauga, Calgary and Montreal

12) Do I have to go through the distributor for calibration or repair?

No. You may send your unit directly to the Fluke Electronics Service Department.
