Warranty:
Warranty does not cover Calibration Data and Priority Service Requests. If warranty no longer applies to your unit, you will be contacted prior to servicing. Fluke's standard warranty policy does not cover misuse. For Lifetime Warranty and other warranty information visit our Warranty section.

Flat rate repair:
Repair price is at a Flat Rate cost and includes calibration at no additional cost. It covers parts, labor, and calibration or performance tests necessary to repair the instrument and have it operate within published specifications. It also includes any factory-authorized modifications to bring it up to current standards. Certain expensive, low failure-rate parts and covers are excluded. Some Fluke products are classified as Repair by Replacement and will not be assessed. A replacement unit will be offered at a reduced price. Repairs requiring replacement of cathode ray tubes, rechargeable battery packs, or mechanical and electromechanical parts are also excluded. Prices do not include unrelated multiple assembly failures, workmanship related problems, or evidence of abuse or overload. Any excluded parts required to make the repair will be billed at the current published price. Prices do not include shipping charges, GST or provincial taxes. If your unit is replaced instead of repaired, calibration costs may be additional.

Flat Rate Calibration:
Calibration price is at a Flat Rate cost and covers all labor and equipment to perform one calibration required to meet the published factory specifications. The calibration is provided by Fluke, an ISO-9001 registered company, using standards and instruments traceable to national standards. This includes a Certificate of Calibration, a calibration label with the date of calibration and next calibration date. A tamper-proof calibration seal is also affixed to the instrument.

Time and Materials:
You will be contacted with the cost prior to servicing, we will not commence without your approval. Time and Material (T&M) service is available for complex systems, special instruments, or older instruments that we no longer can cover under a flat rate repair schedule. On T&M service, we may need to first quote an assessment fee in order to evaluate the extent of the necessary repair. With this information a firm price quotation will be issued. If an assessment fee is required it will be noted in the 'Comments' field of the quote.

Calibration Data: Optional
The need for calibration data is based on the end users quality requirements. Calibration data includes a printout of all data points, values, and standards used to perform the calibration.

Priority Service: Optional
When priority service is purchased your instrument will be evaluated within 48 to 72 hours from time of receipt.

Support Programs:
Fluke provides support programs for many of its instruments to help maximize your investment. Visit Support Programs for more details.

Discontinued instruments:
Visit Support Programs for support details on discontinued instruments.
